O.k., now you guys are getting my dander up. . .are you saying that a woman
can't be a success without a rich husband? (Most biographies make little
mention of a former spouse.) A mentor may get a woman a start, but in her
case, how does that force millions of people to purchase her lifestyle
do-dads and magazines? How does that force QVC into taking on a product
that has no possibilities for sale? She was a long-time contributor at QVC
after being selected during one of their new product searches. How does that
force the networks (ABC, NBC and CBS) into featuring her frequently on their
programs? SL was around for a long, long time before ever getting on Food
TV. From what I've heard, she was approached by Food TV, not the other way
around.
