I didn't know Angus HAD arms. I thought all their hooves
were attached to legs!
That's why I love this group. You learn something new every
day.

BTW you can make stew with nearly any cut.

Long, slow cooking makes tough meat tender.

I learned that in 7th grade Home Economics and have been
waiting 52 years to use it! The witch of a teacher made us
chant that phrase one whole class period. Just imagine,
the state of U.S. education has gone downhill from there....
