I have started making hard candy with molds. For some reason my
candies come out flavorless. This last batch I added twice the flavor
the recipe called for and it just tastes like sugar. I am guessing
that I am adding the flavor at the wrong time and it is evaporating
away. I am waiting until teh boiklign stops and then add teh flavor.
is that correct or should I wait longer? I am uising LorAnn flavors.
I want to make sugar free candies, but I want to fix this problem
before I do since the SF stuff is so expensive. Thanks for any help.
