Jamaican jerk seasoning is supposed to be spicy but it is not supposed
to be fiery hot... those who want it fiery really don't care for
cloves and allspice... just like those who really don't care for the
flavor of cumin, oregano, and garlic of good chili so they rather be
numbed by the hottest peppers... chili heads are the ultimate taste in
assers, literally! LOL
