If the recipe did not work then it would be impossible for anyone to
make hard candies since - as you would know if you knew how to make
hard candies - we all use the same recipe. If I used the recipe
incorrectly then posting it here would not help anyone answer my
question as I would have no idea what I did wrong. I posted the
question for people who might have had the same experience and would
know what to do. You obviously have no idea what I am trying to do
and therefore canno thelp me or answer my question, so why pop in just
to be rude/
