I have only ordered from them once, but my order was worryingly slow
and they never responded to my emails at all. When the tea finally
arrived, the magnificent packaging made me feel like I was a receiving
a package not from just a far off place but also from a far off
time!! So I would second Shen's "Hold on" suggestion.
