Oh Lordy, I love those. Best one I ever had was in a Chinese
restaurant.

I had to look up Blarney Castle cheese, but I'm glad I did:
"Blarney Castle is a semi-soft cheese with a mild flavor and creamy
texture similar to a young Gouda."
