Corned Beef Question
I am going to cook two corn beef briskets in a crock-pot overnight.
Some recipes on the Internet suggest even with a crock-pot to cover
the briskets with water. Others say to just add a cup or two and then
slow cook them. Which would you suggest?
Just adding a cup or so of water seems more logical to me, but I
wanted to check with the more experienced cooks here first.
