I've grown to really like the Baltimore area. (Our first year here was
pretty much a blur, since we mainly spent that time taking care of newborn
twins and a 3.5 yo...) Nice people and good food to be found (although I
wish there were more farmers markets nearby). DH is a Hopkins alum and got
to know the city pretty well during his college years. We'd always flown
into Baltimore from Houston to visit family in PA and NJ over the years and
thought that this area would be the perfect place to live, should the
opportunity ever arise.
Your mention of steamed crabs reminds me that Obrycki's has just opened up
for the season....
