Default So Easy a Caveman Could Do It

21:48:00 Saw a picture of a peanut butter cookie on TV.

21:49:15 Read and memorized first recipe I found on Google
http://southernfood.about.com/od/pbc...r/bl30513w.htm
Looked at clock, still before 10:00pm and decided it's not
too late to make cookies.

21:50:05 Oven is preheating to 375F

21:50:30 Was that backing powder or baking soda? Oh heck, I'll
use them both.

21:54:15 Dough is ready!

21:56:00 6 flattened balls of dough on cookie sheet, rest is in
fridge. Pan is in the oven (no, probably not up to
temp yet but preheating is soooo.... 1970.

[Interlude: Wash dishes from Dinner]

22:08:30 Cookies out of the oven and cooling

22:08:45 Discover milk has soured. Pour some Mexican
crema into a small bowl.

22:11:00 Dipping peanut butter cookies in Mexican crema.

Oh great, and now there's sex on TV...
