Speaking of "sheesh", I'm not the one who miters the paper corners.

Go back and re-read. And pick on the person who does miter the corners if
you dare. (mwuhahahahaaaa)

ObFood: was part of the Church Ladies who put together a Big Spread for
an adoption party. I will give you a hint of its extent by saying there
was salmon left over . It was outstanding even by our parish's exacting
standards .

My main contribution: raspberry truffles (from a recipe in Fine Cooking)
and truffles from Kay Hartman's recipe, in Kahlua and chai. The chai was
an experiment that seems to work - I mixed McCormick's new Chai spice mix
in with the cream when I scalded it, and used some chai concentrate for
the flavoring liquid. They were excellent with the champagne.
