Freezing ham

I've found ham to be pretty watery sometimes after it has been frozen.
My only suggestion would be to vacuum seal it, either with a counter-
top device or one of the HandiVacs made by Reynolds Wrap. Then thaw
it in the package, before opening it.
Or, use it in the dishes you'll eventually use it in before freezing,
and then freeze the completed dish (if a casserole).
