DH may well like this... Thanks, Peter...but the one he was telling me
about was soaked in some sort of 'ginger sauce' - along the lines of
that sweet-ish stuff they use for 'pickled ginger' (gari), i.e. a
solution of rice wine or vinegar and sugar?
