I don't think there is a legal definition of jumbo shrimp. But
I can assure you, when you buy pre-breaded shrimp, butterflied
no less, it's not going to be the same as jumbo shrimp you buy
and make yourself. You had expectations that were doomed to
disappoint. I am sure you did not *pay* what jumbo shrimp
would cost.
