This was a large recipe, a whole pot of chicken, another pot of
potatoes/onion stuff, and a huge bowl of salsa --obviously for a big dinner
party, but the platter she dished out was only a serving of it. When you
cook big, you serve big. Myself I could have eaten for a year off that
recipe cooked up and frozen.
It is interesting to see people objectively discussing RR in this forum
now -- a year ago she was considered the wicked witch of cooking here and
would draw nothing but profanity..
