And killing some that's not spam. Which is fine, but as I said, we
apparently have different goals (as you have so stated). You don't want
to block the spam exclusively. I do. My goal is to see no spam AND
block no non-spammers.

I appreciate that you have some other goal in mind, whatever it may be.
However, I believe my goal is the same as the OP's. Therefore my
solution should be more in line with what was asked.
