People do claim "allergies" to things they dislike without
regard for the clinical use where an allergist diagnoses an
allergy by the production of anntibodies, I believe. I have gone
thro' a fairly full allergy test and even that was a bit
inconclusive. My mild allergy to cats was confirmed but cats are
not allergic to me and I don't really dislike them :-)
