My SO started work at 5am, and finished at 6.15pm.
She came home to a clean house, clean clothes, fresh linen, a chilled
bottle of bubbly, chicken breasts baked in a mushroom sauce, and plenty
of crispy steamed fresh veges.
Same same happens most days. Lately she's had long days (people have
left so the workload increases) but usually, it's just a normal work
day.
When do *I* get a day off??!!
I just don't want to be treated like a queen, though :-)
I don't give a rats arse about this over commercialised fathers and
mothers day...... if you can't show the people closest to you that you
care 365 days a year, and only want to show it on one day... you deserve
to be an orphan.
Same goes for Valentines Day, Easter, Christmas and all the other crap.

you will reside in the land of morning mists...and you will find your
home,
though it will not be where you left it.
