As others have said, since you do little cooking you might want to use
purchased sauce in your lasagna.

But in my family we always use minced fresh flat-leaf (AKA Italian) parsley
and white pepper in the filling. Our filling is ricotta cheese, finely
grated parmesan or romano cheese, eggs, salt, parsley, and white pepper.
