I much prefer thighs to legs in turkey. I rub them well with a mixture of
salt, pepper, rosemary and roast them at 175"C until just done according to
my thermometer It's delicious hot and also is great sliced and frozen in
packets if I cook too much. The thigh has always been my favorite part of
the turkey.
