Not necessarily, walmart is so demanding of their suppliers and they buy
enough quantity that manufacturers will often run reduced quality
product batches just for them to meet their price point. There is even a
large nearby plant that is set up just to run the lower quality version
of their product just for walmart. They run the better product in other
plants they own.
