I have that exact stuffer. For the price it is just fine and vastly better
than using the Kitchen Aid stuffer attachment. Unless you can bolt it to a
table you really want to have a helper. It is galvanized steel, not
stainless, so is not intended for heavy use, but if you make a batch of
sausages every week or two and take care to wash and dry it well it will
give long service. I find it useful to wrap several layers of plastic wrap
around the plunger to create a better seal and minimize leakage of the
sausage meat between the plunger and the body. I have used it with both pork
and lamb casings.
