Sliced sirloin strips, onions, and a sprinkling of bleu cheese. Soft-
ish crust, partial whole-wheat.
And for breakfast the next day, beat an egg or two, cut up some
leftover pizza into 1/2-inch pieces, stir that into the eggs, wait 20
minutes or so for the bready crust to absorb some of the egg, and pan-
fry on low heat (or bake in a casserole dish). Makes a lovely
stromelette (a cross between a strata and an omelette - I just made
that word up).
