Your Cambodian recipe sounds good, Alan. When Jun makes Haw Mok, she
doesn't just use fish. Her seafood medley in it is more like in Po Tak.
Fish, shrimp, squid rings, crab meat, bay clams, baby scallops, whatever.
That Red Curry Sauce #2 wakes it up nicely. ;-)
