Maximum 5--6 days for anything that was *thoroughly* cooked the first
time; less for meats etc cooked 'rare'. That's assuming your fridge is
at the proper temp of 4 C/40 F (or slighly lower).

Divide up your meatloaf into slices, wrap it well and put it in the
freezer.
