No it is Italian and there is even an official recipe! I hang out with the
Brits a lot, and they make SpagBol, and that is what I said wasn't Italian.
For a start, you serve ragł Bolognese with tagliatelle, not spaghetti, but
more than that they use strange things in it like tomato soup, etc.
