If you do it at home, you'll do it in the car. Fact is, many cars have
decent ventilation systems and it is probably more healthful that what they
breath at home. I'm not in favor of smoking, smoking around kids, but I'm
against the government telling me what to do inside of my car. We also
have laws against drunk driving, but every year, a few school bus drivers
get busted for it.
