Not travelling through. We were living in Venice Beach. The K-Mart was in
Del Ray (IIRC)
it was 5mins by motor bike from Venice, anyway.

My feelings exactly.

The orginisation I work for has been banking with the same bank for 15+
years.

Of late their attitude has been "*What* do you want?" and stonewalling us
when we try to organise things over the phone.

I warned them that they were going to lose our business. Their answer was
"If that's what you want to do...".

several members of our committee (myself included) are about to go in and
close our accounts with them and transfer the money to accounts we have
opened at another business.

They just lost $500k+ pa worth of business because their people don't give
a shit over the phone.
