I'm pretty sure he's referring to canned tuna, which *is* low-fat, as opposed to
fresh. Tuna as a whole fish is a fatty fish, but it's not added to the canned tuna. A
7 ounce packet of Starkist tuna has 1.75 grams of fat...I'd say that is pretty
low-fat.
