Butter Frosting
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup butter, room temperature
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 egg yolk
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-2 TBS. Half-and-half
METHOD:
Cream butter; gradually add about half the sugar, blending well. Beat
in egg yolk and vanilla. Gradually blend in remaining sugar. Add only
enough cream to assist with consistency.
