Have you ever seen the cans of dulce de leche in the latin foods section of
your supermarket? It should be with the other canned condensed milks there.
They basically already did what you'd be doing for yourself if you heated a can
of sweetened condensed milk. It's the most delicious dulce de leche i've ever
had.
