Interesting structure... is it a rehabilitated old bank building?
The building looks old, but that semi-circle window makes me think
"new", so I can't tell.... is it "movie revival"? <LOL>

Was the coulis more tomato than artichoke and did they use it like
extra tomato sauce to dress the lasagna?

Chilled? So was it more of a pie? The fruit (plum) coulis I've had
were more like a fruit quiche.

My son has abused Old Bay (he seasons pork chops with it - UGH), so I
can honestly say that I only like it as crab boil - with lots of lemon
