I think I've finally settled on

El Zarape
Hanna's
Plank's
Lone Star
Applebee's

The first three are local joints. The last two are chains but they're the
only places in town you're going to get something resembling a fresh
vegetable that doesn't come off a salad bar. There's one place with an
outstanding salad bar but the rest of their food is just not that great so I
left them off the list.
