I don't eat at fast food places as a rule, and haven't for years and years. I simply
don't like the food at most of them, and Burger King is the worst of that list, lol.
Even as a kid I didn't like BK. In fact, I never really liked any of them too much,
though I did like the occasional morning having pancakes and sausage at McD's with my
dad when I was a kid, but that was more about the outing than the food. I used to
love Clark's submarines back home, and still love Chinese take-out, but I don't
consider either fast-food.
To my mind, most all fast food is overly salted, too greasy, and not altogether
flavorful. I do go to Baja Fresh on occasion for a cup of tortilla soup, and
occasionally, my husband will bring home some guac & chips from Chipotle (which is
the only thing I can eat from there without heartburn! lol). I try to be prepared
(diabetes), but when I do need something quick, I'll generally stop at a coffee shop
and grab some bread-y type thing, like banana bread.
