Yes; and neither experience was positive.
"Knowing that our tastes and expectations are often different
from many people, we gave Pizzaria Bianco two tries within the
same week. We were so underwhelmed that my wife
uncharacteristically stated an absolute towards any future
business with them.
"Our first meals were okay. While we were not overtly snubbed,
the service "seemed off." The margareta pizza we ordered was
fairly good and so we justified giving them another chance
later that same week.
"The second meal we brought my daughters with us. The service
was again "off". My daughters were the obvious focus even
though all three were well-behaved (so noted the three couples
of gray foxes next to us). This server-inspired bias caused me
to be a little more forward with him. His service improved but
the food was uninspired and flat.
"When we got back to the car, my wife was sure to tell me that
we would not give them our standard three-strikes.
"Mediocre food and poor service are two obstacles that will
make me look elsewhere for dining out."

There are other choices in the Phoenix area that are better
run, have better product, and don't have snob-hype to push the
Gotta-Go-There attitudes.
