I agree that flautas are great with guacamole. I've always seen them
with corn tortillas, though. Is the use of flour tortillas what
distinguishes flautas from taquitos?

Speaking of taquitos, TJ sells a variety of taquitos that go well with
guac. They can be just heated or fried. We like the one with black
