From Craig Claiborne NY Times

1. C Mayonnaise (freshly made if possible)
2 T Chili Sauce or tomato Ketchup
2 T Diced Pimentos
2 T Black or Red Caviar (optional)
1 T finely chopped green olives
1 T freshly chopped Parsley
1 t Worcestershire sauce

Combine in a mixing bowl and blend well.
