I'd go with the last one. I ordered a wonderful pasta dish tonight
that had green peas, fava beans, roasted garlic and spinach mixed with
parmesan and a very thin noodle that was not quite 1/2 inch wide. If
they'd put pea shoots in there, I wouldn't have objected.
