I have this to add: Shopping where people of that ethnicity shop
doesn't necessarily mean shopping in ethnic stores. Example: The Cub
Foods nearest to me (in South Minneapolis) has a whole lot of products
made by Mexican companies (mostly made in Texas, I think.) Also a
couple of brands of tortillas made in the Twin Cities (plus at least
one from Oregon.)
