I'll agree with the good knife, but will strongly disagree with using a
food processor of any kind for a fresh salsa. The mechanical choppers
might work for chopping the onion and jalepeno, but they make mush of
the tomato. I find that hand-dicing the tomato gives the best
consistency. YMMV
