Tipping. Rehashing and old subject

Stop going to that restaurant and/or picket outside the joint with a sign
"the management is stealing TIPS!"
The other option is tip each server individually and tell the a) the head
waiter or the b) maitre'd you don't trust them.
Then ask to see the owner/Manager.
