Leaving a cash tip - not making it part of the credit card bill. Why
the wait staff would remember her is beyond me, but I bet they've
slowed down in general due to "you know who" and she wasn't singled
out. As someone else said: It's a management issue. As I said:
that restaurant won't be in business much longer - especially if he
remains an employee.
