My dictionary says that "frankenfood" is a derogatory word.
Frankensugar, although not in my dictionary, would be made up of
Frankenstein + sugar. Sounds like evil to me.

Beer is made through a process that is similar to HFCS, namely the
breaking down of starch into sugar using enzymes.
