Default Scratched my new Nonstick Pan

I have stacks of them and I use them all the time as well. I love my
gratin pan...things get roasted in that all the time. And my dutch
ovens....

And I have a Tarte Tatin pan....and my soup pot...which are wonderful.

The only thing I haven't really used yet, is my terrine mold from Le
Crueset.
