No, I don't smoke them. I have a smoker but have never
used it for ribs, in fact don't use it much at all. Too
lazy, I guess. I really should try it. When I first got
the smoker I made a smoked turkey for T-day. It turned out
great but that was more than 5 years ago. I smoked a couple
of other things in the next few years but then I got out of
the habit.

Anyway, I most just bake the ribs either with
BBQ sauce or I make ribs and sauerkraut.
