I can't get behind the idea that a few Le Creusets are an
abnormally high expense. Especially relative to, say,
getting an induction cooktop (so that your cheaper pots
will heat more evenly)??
I've got a 70 year old stove in an 80 year old kitchen,
and some of the Le Creusets are 20 years old. I think
I'm doing things on the cheap.
