Default Is Milk Bad for Babies?

Studies have shown that children that were breast fed are more
intelligent and healthier.
Go look at Lamaza.

However, as far as cow milk, those countries that don't include dairy,
and much lower
incidences of osteoporosis. (You can read that in the Bone Density Diet)
In the US, that's not true, but the real culprit is probably those non
dairy drinking
children drink soda, which contains phosphoric acid which is the worst
thing for bone
growth.
