For sure! It's stainless with aluminum bonded inside. There
are a few grades of it -- I'd avoid the cheapest which
is called "Simply Calphalon". The next grade up is
"Tri-Ply" and is (IMO) as good as you need to get. Then
there are more expensive grades so that the yuppies can
subsidize the rest of us.
