Grilling Whole BIG Fish?

If it'll fit on your grill, that would be my preference even if you
have to cut off the head and let the tail hang out. I'd salt and
pepper the inside and insert a row of overlapping slices of lemon and
onion. Then brush the outside with oil and season it. I'd turn it
after five minutes on the first side and start checking for doneness
after ten minutes (covered grill), not wanting to overcook it. -aem
