Isn't it nice that that series is available at a low price now?
Having procrastinated for years at the higher prices, I finally
got the SE Asian volume. Do you recommend the German one? Any
other recommendations?
I splurged yesterday and got The Oxford Companion to American Food
and Drink. Ouch, even with a discount coupon! I THINK the last
current cookbook I got was Neelam Batra's 1000 Indian Recipes. Of
course, I also have gotten several old cookbooks and some Boston
Cooking School and American Cookery magazines.
